Gems Mentorship Program
The Gems Cluster Mentorship Program (GCMP) connects girls to mentors, menstrual health education and flag football. Launched in July 2026 across three states.
3 States at launch | 1,500+ Girls at launch | 50 Mentors in the GEMS Mentors Circle |
More than a game
Each GCMP cluster brings girls together with trained women mentors for regular sessions that mix flag football with conversations about health, confidence and future goals.
Girls also receive menstrual health education and hygiene support, and practical skills training in ICT, solar installation and public speaking.
The program is delivered with partners including PFHI and the Bemore Empowered Foundation, with clusters in Lagos, Abuja and Imo, including a community outreach in Makoko, Lagos.
