NFL U13 Competition
Co-ed flag football for under-13s. NAFA's U13 league, started with NFL FLAG in 2023, leads to the NAFA U-13 Co-Ed Invitational — and the best young players go on to represent Nigeria at the NFL FLAG Africa Continental Championship.
Overview
Where the pathway starts.
NAFA's U13 league began in 2023 with NFL FLAG, with schools in Lagos, Abuja, Oyo and Kwara. Nigerian teams have since travelled to NFL FLAG games in Florida and to Egypt.
Each year the NAFA U-13 Co-Ed Invitational brings schools to Lagos to play for the title — and for the chance to represent Nigeria on the continent. Boys and girls play on the same team from day one.
