WHAT IS THE GEMS CLUSTER
The Gridiron Gems Cluster is a structured mentorship ecosystem designed to support the development of girls and women through sport, leadership, and professional exposure.
It brings together athletes, professionals, partners, and mentors into a single network where girls are supported not just by one mentor, but by an entire community.
Many girls enter sport without access to mentorship, leadership pathways, or exposure to opportunities beyond participation.
The Gems Cluster bridges that gap by creating a system where girls are guided, supported, and prepared to grow into leaders.
